I discovered this after making a simple template (four tracks, two plugins), then rebooted the application to make sure it worked
When I clear the cache folder and open the project again it loads everything again (it takes about 1 hour to load all the samples) and runs normally. This will briefly disable the initial plug-in scanning. I uninstalled the VST3 version as well just to be extra sure, and still no luck. After exhaustive Google searches, I contacted my Amazon seller and Moog Support to inform them of my issues: hardware glitches, Ableton’s external instrument failing, the whole project crashing …. The most common reason Ableton keeps crashing is due to VST plug-ins. Open or create an Ableton project with a Maschine VST track in it 3. 
I restart it and get crash files to send to Ableton. Select the High-performance NVIDIA processor as your preferred
